Fake iPhone & Delicious Food

03 May 2010

I’m considering buying a rip-off iPhone for $6,000 BHT. For NZ$200 i’m thinking it wouldn’t be that bad when it broke. They look the same, touch screen, and apparently do calls fine plus connect to WiFi, one of the sellers demonstrated the WiFI to me and it seemed to work fine. But even one seller said there is no comparison between what he is selling and the real ones which cost $30,000 BHT.

Since my post office mission had taken so long it was now dark and we were well ready for something to eat. James and I got cleaned up and went out for dinner. We tried a place which we had noticed was always busy (N0. 6 Restaurant), the food was delicious. We had a Satay Chicken Kebab appetizer which I followed with Hot and Spicy Fried Chicken with rice and a couple of Singha beers.

Decided not to buy a fake iPhone, that would just be dumb.
