I finished the book Lionheart by Jesse Martin, about his adventure to become the youngest person to sail solo around the world nonstop and unassisted. I didn’t expect to enjoy it so much, but worth a read. It is a book about dreaming and following through on your dreams; it is about self belief but also about supporting those around you who have dreams too. One of my favourite quotes from the book “I have discovered that we mustn’t limit other people’s abilities by our own” Jesse Martin.

I left Jesse’s second book at home but I look forward to reading it in the future. I’ve moved on to The Last Hurrah by Des Molloy, another adventure book but this time two old New Zealanders who travel half way across the world from Beijing to Europe through some of the worlds hardest terrain on two old motorcycles; a 1965 650cc Panther and a 1954 Norton 600. Epic.

[James went to a Muay Thai class while I beach bummed, finished my book and obsessively practiced handstands]

[Pool party, free taxi to resort venue, pool, people, what is there really to say about a pool party? It is simply a pool, people and piss. Drinks were a good price, so I drank too many of them.]
